Interactive Dialogue at Second Session of the Human Rights Council
Philip Alston, the United Nations Special Rapporteur on extrajudicial, summary or arbitrary executions presented several reports to the Human Rights Council in September 2006. These reports had originally been submitted to the Commission on Human Rights at its final session, but they were left to the newly established Human Rights Council.
